Dear Student,

   Welcome to the VIBS Portal,
the Administration and Information Portal for Applications and Studies at the University of Augsburg.

Please log in with your computer user ID in order to print out a certificate of enrolment or other documents, change your contact details, or view your semester fee payments.

If you would like to apply for a degree programme, click on the tab "Applicants" (Bewerber/innen).

Current students can use the quicklinks under the tab "Students" (Studierende).

Further information as well as an introduction to using all the functions in VIBS can be found on the webpages of the Registrar's Office (Studierendenkanzlei).

VIBS replaced the old QIS Portal on the 27th of January 2020. An iTAN List is no longer needed to use VIBS functions.

The application portal is now open for the winter semester 2024/25.

Please note that enrolment will only be possible from mid-July 2024.

To apply for a double degree/change of study program, you must be re-registered for the winter semester. The re-registration period begins on June 1, 2024.

Attention: Please register only if you are not currently enrolled at the University of Augsburg.

Students of the University of Augsburg, please add an application via your existing student account to apply or to request a double degree or a change of study programme.
